to answer your first question, yes, i would give a homeless person money because there are only so many things that could have happened to that person and if i didnt,i would feel bad even if they didnt deserve that money.i thinkpeoeple become homeless because they were tAken out of school,didnt want to go to school,dropped out and now think that they cant get in even though they can.i know this one lady who was taken out of her job,she taught at this univerity,because she was a schitzo.
